Finishing up a metal retrofit TPO roof system at Western Branch Diesel in Portsmouth. The existing situation was a metal roof that had been coated a couple of times and was experiencing a lot of leaks.
We installed custom-cut EPS from Cellofoam North America Incto fill the flutes and provide a smooth substrate above the ribs. This also gave an added bonus of a little more R-value.
Then we used Carlisle Construction Materials .060 TPO which is held on with SFS Group induction welded plates fastened through the structural purlins. What a difference!
