Formerly MeadWestvaco, the paper and packaging giant WestRock’s office building sits on the riverfront of the James in downtown Richmond. The expansive plaza deck over the underground parking garage has a hot fluid-applied garden roof system (both intensive and extensive) with architectural pedestal pavers. A fully-adhered TPO system caps off the roof of the building.
The WestRock project is Certified LEED Silver.
