Wilson Auto was a built-up roof tear off. We replaced some plywood deck and had asbestos in the parapet walls abated. International Roofing installed 1/8” tapered ISO insulation with .060 TPO membrane mechanically attached using 10” RUSS strip fastened in 5’ rows. We also fabricated gutters and downspouts in our ANSI-SPRI ES-1 certified sheet metal shop.
