William & Mary West Woods Dining Hall

At the newest residence hall on the campus of William & Mary, International Roofing installed an American Hydrotech hot rubberized asphalt waterproofing assembly with varying depths of up to 24″ of growing media to create an outdoor oasis for students. Hardscapes in dual-toned Hanover concrete pavers provide space to dine, relax, and soak up the sun. The lush vegetation was installed by local grower James River Nurseries.
