Jeff Birch
Service Manager, Hampton Roads
Jeff graduated from Radford University with a Business degree. Upon graduation, he started his career with International Roofing estimating jobs and mastering project management. Prior to that, he also worked at IR one summer as a laborer. Feeling the need to learn different aspects of the roofing industry, Jeff went to work at Carlisle SynTec as a field service representative. Investigating warrantied leak claims and inspecting roofs for warranty helped him gain a wealth of technical knowledge and skill. With over eight years of experience and a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) designation, Jeff leads our field service crews in Hampton Roads to ensure consistent quality and reliable repair and maintenance work.
Fun Fact
Jeff loves traveling to Las Vegas (where he also got married), weight lifting, and fishing. He and his wife have one daughter and another on the way.
Lindsey Nicholas
Owner & President
A Richmond native, Lindsey is a proud Virginia Tech graduate with a B.A. in International Studies and a Spanish minor. In 2019, Lindsey transitioned to the role of President. Lindsey loves getting to know customers and people in the industry while strengthening IR’s brand.
In 2026, she graduated the multi-year Future Executives Institute program through the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Lindsey is focused on the growth of International Roofing and looks forward to furthering its legacy of innovation in green roofing, technical expertise, and maximizing the life cycle of the roof.

Lindsey, her husband, and their two sons spend their free time boating, playing soccer, and traveling the world.
