	International Roofing Corporation was founded in 1989 to provide commercial roofing, waterproofing and sheet metal services in the Central Virginia market. Demand in the market, new technology and the realignment of competitors; have created new opportunities for International Roofing to expand its services. S. Scott Birch started the Company in 1989. His background encompasses 28 years in the roofing/waterproofing industry throughout the USA and Europe. The operation produced $1.4 million in revenue in its first year of business. Annual growth has been conservative, averaging 10% per year. Concept The Company offers a broad range of comprehensive roofing services, which include re-roofing and restoration and repair. In addition, maintenance services provide recurring revenues and ongoing interaction with our customers. The ability to provide “The Technical Solution” is a capability unique to International Roofing. Our high level of expertise in all types of roofing puts International Roofing at the top of the select list of contractors. International Roofing provides services to customers in a broad range of industries including the industrial, office retail, hospitality, government, educational and institutional. The target market encompasses all commercial / industrial customers. This includes but is not limited to real estate management companies, private owners of commercial property, architects, consultants and a select list of general contractors.
